OLONETSKY FARMER SEBASTIAN BONIFACE – MEMBER OF THE LAW COMMISSION OF 1767-1768 YEARS

Abstract
The article describes the major milestones biography of one of the deputies of the Legislative Commission of Catherine - Sebastian Vonifateva. Revealed that one of the few representatives of the democratic strata of society during the meetings of the commission defended the rights of peasants selling in disputes with merchants. The basic idea was of Vonifateva was the right of free trade, which he believed had the right to all the inhabitants of the Russian Empire.
