THE CULTURAL NEEDS OF THE VYATKA CO-OPERATIVE PEASANTRY (ACCORDING TO MATERIALS OF CO-OPERATIVE CONGRESSES HELD IN 1914-1917)

Abstract
The article deals with the questions of cultural development in the countryside, discussed by the representatives of credit cooperatives of the Vyatka province during special co-operative conferences of 1915 year. In the high gear of the First World war co-operators discussed both current problems of school development as well as formation of folk co-operative intelligence. Moreover, they looked to the future, preparing the creation of developed infrastructure for cultural and educational work.
