Abstract
The article is devoted to the formation and evolution of digital diplomacy in the United States of America. It is noted that the USA in the field of information and communication technologies is the undisputed leader, so the emergence of digital diplomacy in this country is justified. Currently, the United States is far ahead of foreign countries in the transition to this form of conducting diplomacy.
