Abstract
In article the purposes and tasks, the contents and forms (a samizdat, underground associations, including human rights, etc.), peculiar features of oppositional national movements in the USSR in the 1950-1980th (for independence of the republics, the deported people, for emigration), factors of influence on them are considered.
