Abstract
In article the next XI conference of the Russian Communistic Union of Youth of the Spassky district of the Penza region, taken place in September, 1923 is investigated. At conference questions of the world and domestic situation of the republic, of the provision of Communistic International of Youth, the report of district committee of Komsomol, about system of political education in the district, about work among children, about methods of political educational work, the main objectives of economic work in the Spassky district were considered.
