THE STRUCTURE OF POPULATION OF THE VYATKA PROVINCE IN THE FIRST THIRD OF THE XIX-TH CENTURY

Abstract
The article deals with the structure of population of the Vyatka province in the first third of the XIX-th century. The Vyatka region was a traditionally agricultural area with complicated social structure. There were no clear borders between town and countryside, industry and agriculture. Social layers were distinguished by their ethno-cultural features and economical functions.
