ROOSEVELT AND THE SPEECH “ABOUT MILITARY THREAT OF THE USA AND THE HELP TO THE COUNTRIES – TO THE VICTIMS OF AGGRESSION”

Abstract
In article attempts of the president Roosevelt to lay the foundation for the relation of society to lend – lease and a soil sounding regarding the direct entry of the USA in war by means of the speech of December 29, 1940 are considered. Detailed analysis of the speech, its feature is also shown.
