Abstract
In article activity of the authorities of RSFSR on optimization of activity with the managerial personnel in the sphere of physical culture of culture and sport in the early fifties is analyzed; the order "About a State and Measures for Improvement of Work with the Managerial Personnel in the Sports Organizations of RSFSR" is characterized.
