Abstract
The article deals with the questions, discussed by the representatives of credit cooperatives of theVyatkaprovince during special district conferences of 1915 year. In the high gear of the First World war co-operators discussed both current economical problems and ways to help government in solving difficult questions of the war-time. Moreover, they looked to the future, preparing the creation of the provincial cooperative union.
