Abstract
In the article the mutual relations of cossack petty officer of the Nezhin regiment are examined with the top management of the Moscow state and tsar's public agents in Hetmanate in a middle 17 item. Operating of representatives of cossack petty officer of the Nezhin regiment and Russian public servants is analysed under the questions of settlement of legal status of the cossacks and Nezhin regiment in composition the Moscow state.
