Abstract
This article is devoted to death of "Luzitaniya" and its estimates in the press. The author analyzes the press of the USA on a geographical sign, thereby allocating the general and various tendencies according to accident. Allocates methods of formation of an image of the enemy at citizens of the USA. For the first time in a historiography the detailed analysis of the press on death of the liner is made.
