PECULIARITIES EXCHANGE LISTS OF PRISONERS OF WAR BETWEEN RUSSIA AND TURKEY IN THE FIRST WORLD WAR

Abstract
The article deals with the exchange of information on enemy prisoners of war between Russia and Turkey, which had hitherto been highly controversial coverage in domestic and foreign historiography. Analyzing claims Porte, the author comes to the conclusion that most of them were well-founded, and also names the reasons that Petrograd during 1914-1917 Turkish risoners represented lists not regularly and (or) not in full.
