Abstract
A trend in the present day psychology development is the scholarly research localization. Since any ethnic group possesses of its own unique cultural peculiarities, a trend inevitably appears in a psychological research reclining upon some cultural traditions of a parallel ethnic group aiming at explaining the unique psychological phenomena specific of the ethnic group at issue. The Chinese educational psychology localization corresponds to such a process by means of which the educational psychologists establish an academic field adequate to the Chinese culture, shape the concepts, create the theoretical systems and the research methods, rear the research schools and achieve some creative solution of the Chinese people’s education matters.
